12 week update

This has been a busy week. I went back to work this week, but only 2 full days and some part days right now. Taylor gets to stay with our neighbor and her two girls who both love to see the baby. She had a good day with her Daddy and Grandpa on Father's Day. She has gotten to see Granny SuSu and Grandpa this week as well as her Aunt Michelle and Grammy Spice yesterday in Austin. She is so fun to watch because she makes the funniest little faces and is smiling so much. She is really starting to look around and watch everything as well. She is still making the sweetest little talking noises, especially when she gets excited.

11 week update

Taylor is 11 weeks old and already weighs 12 pounds! She is very happy and has really been talking (cooing) so much. I love to hear all the sounds that she makes. Taylor went to her second birthday party on Saturday for Elizabeth Scull. She got to see many of the Sculls and visit with her contemporary Jane Skaggs - not too much conversation this time. I am so amazed at how alert Taylor is. On Sunday at church, she sat on my lap at just looked around at everyone. I also think she is finally starting to look a little more like me!

10 week update

Taylor is getting bigger every day. She loves to be a wiggle worm, especially on her playmat. This week she got to go to Crystal City and meet her great great Uncle Mike. He was thrilled to have visitors and to meet the newest member of the Brannan clan. She also went to Seguin and spent the day with Granny Susu and great Granny Ruth. She finally got to meet great Granny Patsy also. Taylor continues to have a good, calm nature and I think she is just the sweetest baby ever!
